Steve Savercool


Project Manager

Steve is a Project Manager and Graphic Designer at Coburn who strives to push the boundaries of Coburn’s projects and graphic presentations. He has many years of experience in BIM, Architectural Visualization and graphical presentations. He applies these skills daily to help our teams across all phases of the project.

After graduating from the University of Colorado’s Environmental Design, Steve honed his skills working for a large-scale Architecture firm focusing on High-rise buildings all around the world. Learning the ins and outs of the complexity that goes into creating those projects really set the stage for the future. Wanting to make an impact closer to home Steve joined Coburn in 2018, diving into multi-building campus style developments and pushing Coburns graphic standards forward. Steve helps lead our concept and design teams through early concept and schematic design phases. Through a deep understanding of land use code and the entitlement process he has help’s Coburn develop Feasibility, Yield studies and Concept packages for all kinds of different projects/sites. In his spare time, you might be able to catch Steve riding around Boulder on his bike or somewhere in the mountains!
