The Century Building is the cornerstone of the Century mixed-use development. The second and third floors of building are the former home of Coburn Development’s Boulder offices, and retail spaces anchor the ground floor, bringing activity to the street.  Thoughtful land use ideas were incorporated in many ways, including the creation of an adaptable retail plan to accommodate from one to three businesses, and a fully screened off-street parking area.
