A 100% affordable housing project located on an urban site in East Boulder. These three buildings provide a direct connection to the Goose Creek Bike Path, while also defining the urban street with large vertical metal screens and a tunnel at the corner of Building C. The units are walk-up apartments with exterior corridors and a central courtyard to encourage community.
