Comprised of four 10-unit multi-family buildings, these elevator-serviced condominiums work together as a group to define the space of the Holiday Neighborhood Park. The brick-clad facades, along with the balconies and set-back third floors of these buildings, are carefully crafted to present a scale appropriate to the substantial open space of the park while at the same time relating well to pedestrians circulating on Crescent drive.
